Giving Thanks
Thanksgiving seems to be the usher for the hustle and bustle of the holiday season.
It also seems that after Thanksgiving, time seems to run on warped speed until we are finally ready to take a breath at the start of a new year.
My gift to you this holiday season is the reminder to take time for you. Find some quiet space in the early morning to set an intention for your day or some quiet space in the evening with your favorite cup of tea to reflect on your day.
My second gift is that of a gratitude practice. When you are in your quiet spaces, take time to think of three things from that day (or day before) that you are grateful for. This practice will help keep you grounded throughout this holiday season.
Have a blessed week!
